DRAWN TO NATURE
Beatrix Potter was known for her love of the Lake District and her deep knowledge of flora and fauna. A new family friendly exhibition at the Victoria and Albert Museum, in collaboration with the National Trust, brings the author’s world alive, revealing her work as a scientist and conservationist. Until 8 January 2023, viewers can seek out her gentle watercolours of some of her best-loved characters, including Peter Rabbit, Mrs TiggyWinkle the hedgehog, and the industrious mice who assist the Tailor of Gloucester.
