The man behind one of Soho’s most popular new restaurants, Sri Lankan hotspot Paradise, reveals his favourite gyms, boutiques and bars in the area

Paradise owner Dom Fernando was born in London to Sri Lankan parents, who emigrated to the UK in the mid-1970s. After studying accountancy, he decided to take up a career in hospitality, which took him to Dubai, Singapore and now London.
