SPHERE’s visit to 12 Hay Hill was, as their literature promised, comfortable, private and luxurious. We used a private meeting room, and were appointed our own assistant to provide refreshments, and ensure the tech worked correctly, which helped keep everything stress free.
Using a location like 12 Hay Hill makes perfect business sense if many of your team work remotely, or travel, as it offers a luxurious and catered way to come together.
Hay Hill's expansive spaces are ideal for private meetings in central London
The space itself couldn’t be more sumptuous. Individuals are perfectly catered to with three business lounges, featuring open plan desk layouts, and an area named The Study with 12 hot desks, all have access to food and drink care of the three foodie locations within the building. Teams are catered to with breakout rooms, and private spaces.
The main restaurant is the perfect setting to impress clients and associates over breakfast, lunch or dinner, with all day fine-dining against a backdrop of an evolving collection of curated fine art. While the fourth floor lounge satisfies all the senses with home-baked cakes and croissants in the morning, freshly squeezed juices, refreshing salads and artisan coffee.

The luxurious basement bar is home to a distinctive selection of wines, beers, bespoke cocktails and exceptional bar food, offering the ideal place for members to take a pleasant break during the day or to unwind and relax in the evening.

Membership to 12 Hay Hill allows access to all of these amenities, with business and social membership events a regular feature of the club, as well as partnerships with local salons, hotels and businesses. Hay Hill also offers shower, and changing facilities, but no gym, at least not yet.

Club membership - 20 days per year -£2040 per year per person
Business membership – 48 days per year -£4440 per year per person
Premier membership – unlimited days per year - £5040 per year per person
Evening Membership – unlimited visits from 5pm - £950 for the first year, inclusive of £350 joining fee
